PET FEES: PETS ARE ALLOWED with an ADDITIONAL $25/NIGHT PET FEE for the first pet and ADDITIONAL $15/NIGHT for the 2nd pet UP TO TWO PETS MAX per reservation.
Please notify of number of pets you will bring. In most cases, the PET FEE will be added as a “Reservation Change” after your reservation is completed. You must “ACCEPT” the “Reservation Change” WITHIN 24 HRS of reservation or reservation may be cancelled.
Parties: No events or parties of any kind allowed.
Number of Guests: No guests beyond the quoted amount in the reservation.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or on decks. If guest is found to be in violation of this rule, an additional smoke remediation fee will be charged up to $800.
Shoes: Kindly, remove shoes in the house.
Refunds: We recommend you purchase trip insurance through your credit card or airline, as we are unable to extend refunds outside of our refund period listed, due to bad weather, flight delays, or illness.
