PET FEES: PETS ARE ALLOWED with an ADDITIONAL $25/NIGHT PET FEE for the first pet and ADDITIONAL $15/NIGHT for the 2nd pet UP TO TWO PETS MAX per reservation. Please notify of number of pets you will bring. In most cases, the additional PET FEE will be added as a “Reservation Change” after your reservation is completed. You must “ACCEPT” the “Reservation Change” WITHIN 24 HRS of reservation or reservation may be cancelled. Hot Tub: We ensure the hot tub water quality is clean and chemicals are balanced prior to your arrival. If it is found that a complete draining of our hot tub is required at your check-out, it will be reported as damaged and a damage claim will be initiated. You will be responsible for fees charged for a complete drain and clean due to negligence, food & drink spills, or biohazard of any kind. Parties: No events or parties of any kind allowed. Number of Guests: No guests beyond the quoted amount in the reservation. Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or on decks. If guest is found to be in violation of this rule, an additional smoke remediation fee will be charged. Refunds: We recommend you purchase trip insurance through your credit card or airline, as we are unable to extend refunds outside of our refund period listed, due to bad weather, flight delays, or illness.
